Bread Machine Disaster

I can attest to the wonders of the bread machine.
I have grown to be one with the machine in ways that even astound me. I know that one teaspoon of yeast is about 50 granules too much and that it is better to cheat the liquids on the heavy side.
I have make a stuffed bread that people want to buy. I couldn’t sell them the bread because I’d go broke, but I’ll give it to them because they are my friends.
Imagine an egg bread with hot sausage, three cheeses, red onions, and jalapeño slices rolled up in the middle and baked to a golden brown.
Simply wonderful.
Thanks, Alex, and I would agree that we need to be judicious in the use of yeast. The packages are made for some standard recipe, and generally contain too much. Especially, if you want to go with longer fermentation. Perhaps a better strategy is to use teaspoons to measure and buy the jars of yeast rather than the preportioned packages.
Keep baking! george
